I am aware of doing it preemptively, but I would like to do it just as we go. That way after 2-3 bosses you can see, "Oh hey, this guy sat twice in a row" or something.

I just don't like having bench players. Everyone should be useful.

Oh, I didn't realize the first three had said anything publicly yet. The rest didn't say they were quitting or anything, I just have that hunch... Salt I'd be surprised if he actually did it, he still does all his mount farming every week, etc. Maybe things will get better for him now that the tier is done.

Salt I could see, but he likes playing the game and I think he wants to raid. Again that's the biggest name on the list of the last 3 I could see.

Osires confirmed. He is quitting for school as he said raiding kinda fucked up his grades last semester. Said he will stick around and help out until we can replace him.

Confirming I'm going to be quitting. I will stick around until you find a replacement though. Also salt is most likely done as well. I don't think he's quitting but doesn't want to stay in the guild with everyone else leaving.

Don't really enjoy the game anymore. Which is probably a combination of the guild doing poorly this tier, my schedule not giving me nearly as much free time as I had in school, mythic raiding not feeling very rewarding. We haven't really had much of a break from progression all expansion and I just don't want to commit to playing 12+ hours a week when I am not having fun. Before it felt like we were a pretty good guild for how casual we were and had a lot of good players but now it feels like it's only going to get worse because we don't really stand out like we used to.
